I wonder if you have ever realized, that to get the most from meditation, what's really important, is to feel a connection... first with yourself, but then with your surroundings, and then, finally, with someone else. And as you meditate, it feels like you BECOME the object of your attention, you become ONE with the things you're looking at, that what you're listening to. I just cannot stop talking about the wonderful sensations this brings about, and how extremely relaxed you can get when you make your thoughts go slower, and slower, until they stop. And then see the beauty of reality, as you breath slowly and gaze, right in front of you...........
