Competitive Rates
The initial information exchange meeting is required in order
to compile approximate price estimation for the entire project. There is a
wide variation in people’s requirements and are therefore no base guidelines
to base a price upon. There is a $50 fee for the quote and it will be payable
at the beginning of the meeting. Any changes made later in the project that
will affect the cost, must be approved or proposed by the customer and will be
added to the final invoice.
Once the estimation is complete, there is a deposit of 50 % of the total
amount required before the project can begin. Once the projects has begun the
50% deposit is non refundable
The remaining balance, and any additional changes made, will be invoiced at
the end of the project. Invoice will only be billed once the customer is
completely satisfied and the project is 100% finished. Customers have the
option of paying their balance in full, or being billed monthly.
All expenditures for the project e.g. courier charges, photocopying, long
distance charges, travel, etc. will be added to your account as disbursements.
All prices are in Canadian currency and applicable taxes apply.
Cancellation: If a contract cannot be fulfilled by a customer. All monies paid
will be forfeited.
