Put together December 2003
My children are taught:
- To be conscious! To be aware. Aware of yourself and aware of what is
going on around you. To be respectful and meditative. So as not to live in a
lie, to be truthful, unafraid of truth, so to live life more fully.
To be conscious is to be awake.
- Karma! Noting cause and affect. Karma makes one responsible for ones
actions. My children are taught cause and effect, to learn the affects of
actions. If you don't like a reaction then you must think of the action that
created the reaction and learn to change it, rearrange it, stop it etc. Think
before you act so you have control over your actions. Making you conscious of
your actions. Learning wise actions, the affects of actions, the power of
action and no action. Wisdom - living in a Wise kingdom.
- Words they have to meditate on are :
- To be conscious, consciousness
- Karma
- Intelligence - an excellent word to ponder on this diversely unique
planet.
Subjects my children are made conscious of:
- War - the purpose of it, the affects of war through history. Life
with war and without. Cultures and races how each deals with life, death,
close ones, survival and unity. To not get stuck in hostility. To
forgive, heal and get on with life.
- How the earth teaches lessons, through the animal kingdom, plant
kingdom, the elements. How people need to live in harmony with earth to put
their energy into the earth, to feed organically opposed to inorganically. Made
conscious we are all one organism ~ earth. How we are all related. How
we treat the earth affects all of us. How to find that healing touch; so
to be whole and non toxic.
- Energy - we are bodies of energy we touch and give out energy to one
another. Loving, healing, hostility, annoyance, what we pass around goes
around. Being conscious of the energies and learning to heal and relax ones
energy. To meditate on ones energy so to regenerate oneself, to heal oneself,
make colourful ones aura, to cleanse ones aura and see others energy light.
- Our bodies are sacred. Beautiful works of art. We are the caretakers
of our bodies, our temple. Mind, body and soul. We work towards love, loving
vibes. We energize ourselves through artful creative meditations. To love and
enjoy life's pleasures is natural. We were made to love. The sacred open
hearted love that is returned, we feed upon. To be unafraid to love and hold
love sacred. Divine, transcending. Not to be abused! To love oneself.
The Karma and power of love. Pure, uplifting, freedom.
- Charkas
o Fixing/forming the foundation
o Feeling the way
o Shining with light/laughter
o Healing & uplifting the heart
o Speaking with clarity
o Thoughtful thinking and seeing.
o Spirit, the flow of energy that we feed upon.
- Work. The rewards of work. Work worth doing. Time well spent.
Challenges and practice needed to attain goals.
- Focus. Bindu. To not loose your focus. Not loose the meditation or
energy current. To learn your limits to learn yourself to improve upon oneself
for ever growing, changing, learning, expanding ones consciousness, focus new.
- Attaining life, light, love, liberty
- Death is an adventure. Not to be toyed with.
I found this in my files from back in the late 90's

out for.
To enrich their spiritual world with love and understandings. Teaching respect
and Love. To be sensitive to the world around, yet firm in their ground not to
be abused but able to banish unconstructive situations without causing hurt.
Teaching love through love.
