As you breathe in relax

As you breathe out focus on releasing all tensions, all stress, all tight spots,

focus on spots within yourself that need healing, breathe in relaxing healing energy

breathe out and release the hurt, pain, discomfort, tension

work on relaxing and breathing, releasing and healing,

feel deeply relaxed

feel light to touch

feel your blood circulating

your heart pumping

if your mind wanders refocus it back to your breath

feel your belly rise as you breathe in

feel  your release as you breathe out

going deeper to rest and heal, sleep and slumber

enjoy yourself

massage the spots within yourself with your mind

need a touch

help yourself feel nice

Focus on how you would like to be

Learn to ~ stop ~ relax ~ realign ~ yourself to be in harmony and not tense or frustrated or upset.

Deep relaxation means being in a state of pleasure no tension.
When a situation arises that creates tension or frustration,
