NOTICE REGARDING SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELECTOR NINTHS
OF THE
ORDO TEMPLI ORIENTIS

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Meeting of the Elector Ninths of the Ordo Templi Orientis originally set for 11:00 a.m. August 5, 2000, in Concord, California be and hereby is postponed for the following reasons:


1. The time, date and place of the Special Meeting as set forth above were posted to the internet on or about July 1, 2000. Although there are still issues that, in my opinion, require the attention of the Elector Ninths, and the Sovereign Sanctuary as a whole, given this publicity and the concomitant security issues it raises, it is manifestly imprudent to hold the Special Meeting at that time, date and place.


2. Although issues concerning the Ordo Templi Orientis v. Naylor litigation need to be examined, the leadership of Ordo Templi Orientis needs to show resolve and solidarity at this time, and this must take precedence over other timing considerations, such that for this reason as well the meeting is postponed.


3. Allowing additional time for discussion to occur will allow the Elector Ninths, and the Sovereign Sanctuary as a whole, a greater opportunity to review the complex and interrelated set of facts, implications and conclusions that are the subject matter of the Special Meeting. We can thereby receive informed advise and additional information so as to assist us in our analysis and decisions.


Subject to the vote of two thirds (2/3) of the Elector Ninths to set another time, date and place, if any, the Special Meeting be and is hereby postponed until the time of the Spring 2001 Areopagus meeting, with the specific time, date and place to be determined.
